How do I place an order?
On-line payment can be made through our shopping cart software. Just click on the "Add to Cart" button to purchase. Our authorized online retailer CC NOW is based in Delaware, which means that U.S. customers are not required to pay sales tax on any U.S. orders, and Canadian customers do not pay the GST. You can use Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or your PayPal account.

Integrated shopping cart software lets you purchase multiple items. After you've placed an item in your shopping cart, you are automatically returned to the preceding page. When you're finished shopping, the Checkout button will take you to the completion of your order.

Payment accepted in Canadian, Australian and other international funds. The conversion from US dollars will show in the Shopping cart process so you know exactly what you'll be charged. Due to the fluctuating US exchange rate, the Canadian dollar amount shown on our web pages is only an approximation.

Security
Rest assured that ISEC's link to CCNow's secure server is a safe one, using industry standard SSL secure commercial transaction software. CCNow's secure server encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it is indecipherable as it travels over the Internet. As with any on-line commercial transaction when you see the yellow padlock you know your session is encrypted; for extra assurance double click on the padlock to check the validity of the certificates for current dates, encryption strength and company name.

How do I know you received my order?
An order confirmation notice is sent to your e-mail address as soon as the order is received. Another email is sent when the order has shipped so you know just where your order stands.

Customs, tariffs and duties
Our prices do not include any tax or tariff imposed by the government of the destination country. Please check with your local agencies to determine if there are any applicable tariffs.

Return Policy
If you order the wrong size, or your bank manager (or spouse) has seizures or something, feel free to return the items for a no questions asked refund. We'd appreciate it if you let us know why you're returning them though, so we can better serve our customers in future. We'll accept all returns providing the product is in the original condition and can be resold.
